First time customer. I booked an appointment for 9:45am for a 1-hour massage, fifteen minutes after opening. I was helped immediately upon arrival. The massage was full body and deep tissue. The therapist asked about my comfort throughout the session. Hot towels were applied after each area was massaged. The environment is quiet and relaxing. Pricing is competitive for the area. Personally, the price for massage was affordable compared to franchise businesses. I was offered a visit card to track sessions with a free service after so many visits. I will return to this location due to the service, pricing, and environment
